Bruce measured his feet to be between 0.2 and 0.21 meters in length. Carrie has a pair of red bowling shoes that measure 23/100 of a meter and a blue pair that are 18/100 meters in length. Can Bruce fit into either pair of carrie's bowling shoes? Explain

    No, he can't. 23/100 as a decimal is. 23 and 18/100 as a decimal is. 18 so Bruce can't fit into either shoe.
