A 40g cake contains 6g of fat and a 25g pastry contains 4g of fat. Which has the most percentage of fat.

    Percentage of fat in a cake is 6/40=15%

    Percentage of fat in a pastry is 4/25=16%

    Hence a pastry has more fat
