    1,000,000 = 681,000e. 0146t

    1000/681 = e. 0146t

    ln (1000/681) = ln (e. 0146t)

    ln (1000/681) =.0146t

    t = [ln (1000/681) ]/.0146

    t = 26.3 years

    Since it is a little over 26 years the population

    will reach 1,000,000 in the year 2027
