    The vertex is the maximum value.

    The function is increasing when x<-1.

    The function is decreasing when x>-1.

    The domain of the function is all real numbers.

    The range of the function is all numbers less than or equal to 0.

    Don't worry, all those answers are correct, I just did it on edugenity. <33 work hard guys.

    F (x) = - (x + 2x + 1)

    f (x) = - (x + 1) ^2

    The vertex is (-1, 0)

    The function is increasing in the interval (-∞, - 1]

    The function is decreasing in the interval [-1, ∞)

    The domain of the function is all real numbers.

    The range of the function is {f (x) : f (x) ∈ (-∞, - 1]}
