Phil should have $41.5 and Phil should give $51.5 to her sister.

    Step-by-step explanation:

    Given that,

amount of money Phil have = $93

amount of money Phil's sister owed to her friend = 10

$10 of the $93 is going to his sister's friend; that leaves $83 for Phil and his sister.

If they are to finish with the same amount, then each should have half of the Phil's money after she paid $10

    So,

    83/2

= 41.5 each but since Phil's sister have to give 10 rupees in debt so

    41.5+10

    = 51.5

So Phil should have $41.5 and Phil should give $51.5 to her sister.
