There are 16 cats and 14 dogs in a local animal shelter. Which phrase describes a ratio relationship between the two quantities?

    I don't think you put the phrases in. But, the ratio is just 16:14, or 8:7 as a unit rate (cats to dogs).

    16:14 this is the correct ratio for every 16 cats there is 14 dogs
