    70%=70/100

    that means 70 out of 100 perple got an A

    100 peple in class

    70 people got an A

    fraction

    70/100 got an A

    70/100=7/10

    decimal just divide

    7/10=0.7/10=0.7

    decimal and percent are just decimal places moved

    1. 70 people

    2. 7/10

    3. 0.70

    4. places moved
