Using the whole rope in a straight line it can cover 3/4 of a circle with radius 8m

When the rope gets to be along the 5 meter side it can cover an additional 1/4 circle of radius 3m

When the rope is along the 4 meter side it can cover an additional 1/4 circle of radius 4m

    Add 'em all up!
