In a certain desert environment there are a lot of small rodents. There are also happen to be a lot of snakes that feed on the rodents. The ratio of

rodents to rodent eating snakes is 13 to 3. if there are 4,000 snakes in the area abouy how many rodents are there.

    I believe that the answer is 17332.9 although i may be wrong. i divided 4,00 by 3 to find the number i should multiply 13 by to find the amount of rodents equivalent to the amount of snakes. i got 1333.33 repeating. i then multiplied 13 by 1333.33 and this is what i got. 17332.9
