Eve takes a random sample of 100 students in her school and finds that 82% of the sample prefers band over chorus. There are 1,100 students in the school. Based on the sample proportion, how many students in the school would be expected to prefer band over chorus?

    The sample was increased by a factor of 11 students multiply 0.82 by 11, get 9.02 then move the decimal.
