She was payed 39 hours regular pay. So 39 times $9.50 is $370.50. On top of that, she was paid 9 hours overtime. And her overtime pay rate is $14.25. $14.25 times 9 equals $128.25. $370.50 + $128.25 = $498.75. So her total pay was $498.75 for that week
