To solve the number of paint color he can make if he utilize all his water, first convert the mix fraction into improper fraction

    5 1/3 = 15/3 + 1/3

    = 16/3 cups of water

    Divide it by 2/3 cup

    Number of color = (16/3) / (2/3)

    = 8 paint colors
