A cookie recipe yields 48 cookies calls for 2 cups of flour. a different cookie recipe yield 60 cookies calls for 3 cups. Are these rates equivalent?

    No they are not.

    48/2 = 24, 60/3=20.

    24/=20. (24 does not equal 20)

    The answer is no because if you cross 48 and 3 you get 144 and when you cross 60 by 2 you get 120. That means that they are not equal
