    (-2+3) / (6+4) = 1/10

    y+3=1/10 (x + 4)

    y + 3 = (1/10) x + 4/10

    y + 30/10 = (1/10) x + 4/10

    y = (1/10) x + 4/10 - 30/10

    y = (1/10) x - 26/10

    y = (1/10) x - 13/5

    10 (y = (1/10) x - 13/5)

    10y = x - 26

    -x + 10y = - 26
