F (s) = the manufacturing cost per scissors

    F (s) = M (s) + L (s)

    F (s) = material cost + labor cost.

    F (s) = (225+0.65s) + (54+1.15s) = (0.65s+1.15s) + (225+54) = 1.8s + 279

    Answer: F (s) = 1.8s+279
