    The temperature difference in the given two experiments is 25

    Step-by-step explanation:

    Given that " Katherine is conducting an experiment with bacteria "

    Also given that she cools the temperature of one bacteria to - 51 and the other bacteria to - 76.

    To find the temperature difference in the two experiments:

    Let x be the first experiment of one bacteria to - 51

    Therefore x=-51

    Let y be the second experiment of another bacteria to - 76

    Therefore y=-76

    Let z be the temperature difference in the two experiments

    Now the temperature difference in the given experiments is given by

    z=x-y

    z=-51 - (-76)

    =-51+76

    =25

    Therefore z=25

    Therefore the temperature difference in the given two experiments is 25
