If 2x²+6x-4=0, how do you factor it and what is x?

    2x² + 6x - 4 = 0

    2 (x²) + 2 (3x) - 2 (2) = 0

    2 (x² + 3x - 2) = 0

    x = - (3) + / - √ ((3) ² - 4 (1) (-2))
