If m and n are positive two-digit numbers, then, of the following fractions, the one with the largest value is:

a. n/m

b. n+1/m-1

    Just like the person said in the comments, the answer is b, because it gives a greater numerator to the lower denominator.

    I used the number "10" as an example.

    10+1/10-1 = 11/9 which out of the current options, seems to give the largest value.
