    Population growth factor = 3^ (days/8)

    Day zero 19 Frogs

    Population = 19*3^ (days / 8)

    We are to calculate when population = 290

    290 = 19*3^ (days / 8)

    290 / 19 = 3^ (days/8)

    log (290/19) = (days/8) * log (3)

    log (15.2631578947) / log (3) = days/8

    1.1836443969 / 0.4771212547 = days/8

    2.4808041672 = days / 8

    days = 8 * 2.4808041672

    days = 19.8464333372 days
