The perimeter of the square is 4 (x + 3.3) meters. What is the value of x if the perimeter is 28 meters?

    4 (x+3.3) = 28. then solve it for x by distributing 4 so it will be simplified to 4x+13.2=28. Then subtract 13.2 from 28 and get this equation: 4x=14.8. Then divide 4 to isolate x and you get your answer:
