I need a walkthrough on this, I have tonight to get it finished and I'm not sure where to begin ...

    Therefore, w ∞ l

    or, w = kl, where k is the constant of proportionality.

    So, to know the relationship between the weight and the length, we need to know the constant of proportionality.
