    It seems the function f (x) is 3 / (x+4).

    If the function is f (x) = 3 / (x + 4), a table could be

    x f (x)

    -8 - 3/4

    -7 - 1

    -6 - 3/2

    -5 - 1

    (-4 is no a valid input)

    - 3 3

    - 2 3/2

    -1 1

    0 3/4

    1 3/5

    2 3/6 = 1/2

    3 3/7

    4 3/8

    If the function is f (x) = (3/x) + 4

    Just substitute different values for x and obtain the respective outputs. In this case, x has to be different of o, i. e. 0 is not a valid input.
