Is the graph of y=3/2x-4 paralel to the graph of y=-3/2x-4

    The slope of the first function is 3/2, and the slope of the second is - 3/2.

    For two graphs to be parallel, the slope must be the same.

    3/2 does not equal - 3/2, and therefore the two graphs are not parallel.
