    Let's sort the data

    9.9, 10.2, 10.6, 10.6, 11.9

The median is clearly 10.6, the middle value. The sum is 53.2 so the mean is 53.2/5 = 106.4/10 = 10.64

    mean - median = 10.64 - 10.6 = 0.04

    Answer: 0.04
