A gardener installed 42.6 meters of fencing in week. He installed 13.45 fencing on Monday and 9.5 meters on Tuesday. He installed the rest of fence in equal lengths on Wednesday through Friday. How many meters of fencing did he install in the last three days?

    42.6 - (9.5 + 13.45) =

    42.6 - 22.95 = 19.65 < = = the last 3 days = 19.65 meters

    19.65/3 = 6.55 (he installed 6.55 m each day for Wed. thru Fri.
