Let's assume, for simplicity, that there were 100 questions in the test: a score of 80% means you got 80 right and (100-80) = 20 wrong.

The ratio is then 80 to 20 or

80:20.

you can also simplyfy it, by dividing both numbers by 20:

4:1

which I think is the best way to give the answer!
