There could have been 40 cast members because you said there were no leftovers and the drama teacher did not eat everyone had the same amount of carrot sticks but it didn't say how many cookies they ate. So each person gets 1/2 a cookie and a full carrot stick.

60/4=15 and 20/4=5 there were 4 cast members at the party and they each ate 15 carrot sticks, your welcome
