    The answer is C. 30 ft; 0.4 min

    proof

    D = H/sin (60) = 26/0.86=30.02 feet

    for D = 30ft

    V75ft/mn

    so t = D/V = 30/75=0.4mn

    C. 30 ft; 0.4 min
