How would you write y - 3 = 1/2 (x + 4) in standard form?

I'm getting the following:

-1/2 x + y = 5

    Y - 3 = 1/2 (x + 4)

    y - 3 = 1/2 x + 2

    1/2x + 2 = y - 3

    1/2x - y = - 3 - 2

    1/2x - y = - 5 answer
