For which values of P and Q does the following equation have infinitely many solutions? 67x+Q=Px+37

    Answer:

    P = 67, Q = 37

    Discussion:

    Let Q = 37 (the constant term on the right side of the = ) and

    let P = 67 (the coefficient of x on the left side of the = )

    Then the equation becomes 67x + 37 = 67x + 37

    which is true for infinitely many x
