You can only form perfect squares from 1-100.

^2 = 1

^2 = 4

^2 = 9

^2 = 16

^2 = 25

^2 = 36

^2 = 49

^2 = 64

^2 = 81

^2 = 100

You can form 11 squares. Volume is around 0.00195 in^3.
