    Yes, the circulation of morning newspapers is a function of the year. Because, the number of days varies according to the year. If it is a leap year, it will have 366 days and if it is a normal year then it will have 365 days.

    How to know if it is a Leap Year:

    1 - Leap Years are any year that can be exactly divided by 4 (such as 2012, 2016, etc)

    2 - If it can be exactly divided by 100, then it isn't a leap year. (such as 2100, 2200, etc)

    3 - If it can be exactly divided by 400, then it is a leap year (such as 2000, 2400)

    If it is a leap year, you will have to deliver 366 newspapers. If it is not a leap year, you will have to deliver only 365 newspapers.
