    There are 45 students in all.

    Each cap package has 3 caps.

    Each shirt package has 5 shirts.

    Caps = 45/3

    Caps = 15

    Shirts = 45/5

    Shirts = 9

    The club needs to order at least 15 packages of caps and 9 packages of shirts.
