How do you find the range of a list of numbers?

    The range of a set of data is the difference between the highest and lowest values in the set.

    For example, f ind the range of these quiz scores:

    93, 79, 83, 89, 90, 71, 85.

    Subtract 93-71=22

    The range is 22.
