    A debt of $32 will be denoted as - 32.

    A saving of $100 can be denoted as + 100.

    Step-by-step explanation:

    Debt is a negative value that you always subtract from your account.

    So, it is denoted with a minus sign.

    So, a debt of $32 will be denoted as - 32.

    Savings is a type of credit that you add to your account balance.

    So, a saving of $100 can be denoted as + 100.

    A debt of $ 32 = - 32

    and Saving of $100=+100

    Why i have denoted debt by negative sign and savings by positive sign.

    This can be the reason that integers came into existence.

    Integers = [ ... - 100, ... - 90, ... - 10, ... 0, ... 5, ... 50, ... 1000, ... ]

    Debt means you have taken something from someone. Suppose you have taken $32 from your friend Glant and told him that after 6 months i will return you this money, he replied if i forget than you told him that i am writing this in my diary which i use everyday. Having learnt integers you have written a debt of $32 by

    -32⇒Glant dated (23/9/2018)

    Similarly you saved $100 in a month and kept in your saving box

    and written in your diary as

    +100⇒Saving in the month of January 2018.

    Similarly we represent things which i possess by positive integers like number of garments i have (+25), amount of money in my saving bank account ($10,256) and thing that 2000 people died due to a Desease, height of a tunnel, we represent it by negative sign i. e (-2,000), (-1188 cm).
