    5 (2n - 2) = 5 (23n + 10)

    10n - 10 = 115n + 50

    10n - 115n = 50 + 10

    -105n = 60

    105n = - 60

    105n/105 = - 60/105

    n = - 4/7

    5 (2n-2) = 5 (23n+10) divide both sides by 5

    2n-2=23n+10 add 2 to both sides

    2n=23n+12 subtract 23n from both sides

    -21n=12 divide both sides by - 21

    n=-12/21 simplify

    n=-4/7
