Differentiating Exponential functions In Exercise, find the derivative of the function. See Example 2 and 3.

    g (x) = e^ (x) ^1/2

    Derivate with respect to x

    g' (x) = (1/2 - 1) * x^ (1/2 - 1) * e^ (x) ^1/2

    g' (x) = (-1/2) * x^ (-1/2) * e^ (x) ^1/2
