It takes a snail 500 hours to travel 15 miles. At this rate, how many

hours will it take the snail to travel 6 miles?

    If you do:

    15/500=0.03 m/h you find the miles travelled in 1 hour;

    now you have 6 miles so you need to do:

    6/0.03=200 hours
