Elaine has a $350 gift card to Target. Elaine spent $334.50 on a sound bar at Target. If the sales tax is 8%, what was her final bill? Does she have enough money on the gift card to pay for the sound bar?

    1) Her final bill: 334,5 + the tax

    the tax = 334,5*8/100 = 26,76 $

    Her final bill = 334,5 + 26,76 = 361,26 $

    2) The gift card only has 350$ and the bill is 361,26

    therefore she doesn't have enough money to pay for the sound bar
