    Swiss Cheese : Cheddar Cheese

    15 : 17

    (: 3) (:3)

    5 : 17/3 = 5 2/3

No, Perry is not using the correct ratio. If he is using 5 cups of Swiss Cheese, he should only use 5 2/3 cup of Cheddar Cheese.
