An empty container in the shape of a cube 6 in. deep is filled halfway with plastic cubes measuring 1 in. across each face. How many more plastic cubes will it take to fill the container? Enter your answer in the box.

    Okay so you have to find the volume

    volume=length*width*height

    so it would be 6*6*6=216

    if the container was empty it would take 216 cubes to fill it but since it is filled halfway all you have to do is divide the volume by 2 and you will get your answer which is 108
