A right triangle with an area of x2 - 4 square units has a leg that measures 2x + 4 units. determine the length of the other leg of the triangle.

    A = leg1*leg2/2 so x^2-4 = (2x+4) * leg2/2 = (x+2) * leg2

    leg2=x^2-4/x+2 = (x+2) (x-2) / x+2=x-2

    the answer is x-2
