What is the value of x in the following equation?

y=3x-5

6x+3y=15

    Your answer is 0 because u do 3x times 3x+5 then u get 6x+9x+15=15 then u combine like terms. U are left with 15x+15=15 then it equals 0

    The value of x is 2. because you rule out y so it is 6times2is 12+3. that is 15
