    The answer is Juan Seguin. He was a political and military character of the Texas Revolution serving to establish the independence of Texas. Several places and institutes are named in his integrity, as well as the county seat of Seguin in Guadalupe County, Juan Seguin Monument in Seguin, the Juan N. Seguin Memorial Interchange in Houston, World War II Liberty Ship SS Juan N. Seguin, and Seguin High School in Arlington.
