    Melanie (M) + Shawn (S) = 51

    Tickets (T) = 9.50 x 2

    Popcorn Meal (P) = 16

    4 Candy (4C) = ?

    M+S=51

    T=19

    P=16

    So, T+P=35

    Therefore, 51 (M+S) - 35 (T+P) = 16 (Money Left)

    4C = 16/4

    So, C=4
