When u multiply2/3 by a fraction less than one, how does the product compare to the fraction. explain

    When you multiply 2/3 by a fraction less than 1.

    The product becomes less than the original 2/3.

    That is because 2/3 itself is a fraction and a fraction of a fraction makes the original fraction smaller. In that you are taking a part of the fraction.
