Answer: 15/10 = 1.5000=1, 15 - (10•1) = 5, 1 5/10 = 1 1/2
Step-by-step explanation: I found the whole number first to do that I divided 15 by 10 and got 1.5000 = 1. Then you will have to find new numerators, and you would have to multiply your first answer by 10 then subtract 15. Then you would put that together and get 1 5/10, lastly you would have to reduce that and get 1 1/2, and that's the answer.
