Last weekend, 5% of the tickets sold at SeaWorld were discount tickets. If SeaWorld sold 60 tickets in all, how many discount tickets did it sell? Use the percent proportion. Show work

    0
    0.05 = 5 percent

    1 = 100 percent

    0.05: 1 = x : 60

    x = 3 (multiply innies by innies, outies by outies)

    They sold 3 discount tickets.
