there are 9 dimes in a total of 8+9+8=25 coins

The probability to choose one first is 9/25

Now there are 8 dimes in 24 coins and the probability to get a second dime is 8/24=1/3

    The solution will be: (9/25) x (1/3) = 3/25 then the answer is "B"
