If a circle has a circumference of c, what is the area of the circle in terms of c?

    C = 2 (pi) r

    r = C/2 pi

    A = pi r^2

    = pi (c/2 pi) ^2

    = pi c^2/4 pi^2

    = c^2/4 pi
